1. Are your products original and safe for baby use?

Yes! We are the official importer of Medela products in India (Myrah Enterprises) and source directly from authorized brand partners. Every product is 100% genuine and premium quality — no exceptions. Products are made from BPA-free, food-grade materials — trusted by moms and recommended by healthcare professionals.


2. How long will my order take to arrive?

We dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours.

Delhi-NCR: Typically delivered in 1–2 business days

Rest of India: Usually delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on your location

5. What’s your return or refund policy?

    We do not offer returns or cash refunds. Our products are non-returnable.

    However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide a full refund or replacement, as applicable. Please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery for assistance. We may need to inspect the product to verify the damage or defect before proceeding with the refund or replacement.

    • Request for damaged/defective items must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
    • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
    • Hygiene-sensitive products (such as maternity and breastfeeding items) are non-returnable once opened.

    If a damaged, defective, or incorrect product is identified, we will arrange free doorstep pickup for the item.
