1. Delivery Process

Once your order is placed, our Quality Assurance team inspects each product thoroughly. After it passes our final check, the item is carefully packed and handed over to a trusted delivery partner. If the courier partner has trouble locating your address or coordinating delivery, they will reach out to you directly.


2. Shipping Timelines & Charges

Delivery Timelines:

  • Delhi-NCR: 1–2 Business Days
  • Rest of India: 2–7 Business Days

Shipping Charges:

  • Free Shipping on all orders — no minimum value required.

3. Tracking Your Order

You can track your package by:

  • Logging into your account
  • Visiting the “Order History” section
  • Selecting your order to view shipment status and courier details

4. Package Marked as Delivered, But Not Received?

If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the item:

  • Contact us within 2 days of the marked delivery date.
  • We’ll investigate and resolve the issue.

5. Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped from different fulfillment centers and arrive separately. Don’t worry — no additional shipping charges apply.


6. Cancellations & Refund of Shipping Fees

  • If you cancel before dispatch, any prepaid shipping fee will be refunded.
  • If the package is returned undelivered, only the product value will be refunded; the shipping fee is non-refundable.

7. Packaging Standards

We use eco-friendly, biodegradable outer packaging. Fragile items are secured with bubble wrap or other protective materials.


8. Damaged, Empty, or Tampered Packages

If your package is tampered with or incomplete, contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Keep these things ready:

  • Photos/videos of packaging and items
  • Details of the issue
  • Do not discard the packaging for 3–4 days
  • Do not use the item in question

We will investigate and issue a refund or replacement as applicable.


9. Refund for Undeliverable Prepaid Orders

If your prepaid order is marked “undeliverable,” a full refund is processed to the original payment method.

Expect 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.


10. Why an Order May Be Undeliverable

  • Incorrect or unreachable address
  • Recipient refuses the order (especially gifts)
  • Restricted delivery zone due to local regulations
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Item damaged in transit and returned by carrier

11. Payment on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.


12. Pre-Delivery Notifications

You will receive an SMS notification when your order is out for delivery.
Phone calls from the courier are not guaranteed.


13. Demands for Extra Payment

You should never pay more than the amount on your invoice.
If asked for extra charges:

  • Contact our support team immediately
  • Do not accept the order if the issue persists

14. Address Change or Reschedule Delivery

Our system currently doesn’t support direct address changes or rescheduling.
However, you may contact our customer support, and we will do our best to help.


15. False Delivery Marked

Sometimes, packages are mistakenly marked as delivered before actual delivery.

  • Wait 24 hours after the delivery mark
  • If still not received, report the issue within 7 days
