1. Return Policy
We do not accept returns or provide store credit for any products. This policy is in place due to hygiene and safety considerations, particularly for maternity, breastfeeding, and other personal care items.
All products are clearly marked as “Non-Returnable” on their respective product pages in compliance with consumer protection and platform policies.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
While returns are not accepted, we stand behind the quality of our products. In the rare event that you receive a product that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong item shipped)
you are eligible for a replacement or full refund.
Steps to Report a Problem:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide order details and supporting photos/videos to verify the issue.
- If needed, we may schedule a free pickup for inspection prior to issuing a refund or replacement.
We reserve the right to validate and inspect the product before processing a refund or replacement.
